1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Drive Elite Fleet website and booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle from Drive Elite Fleet. You may be required to provide proof of insurance.
3. Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Pricing is set at $350 per week. Reservation requests must be submitted through the booking form on our website. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of reservation confirmation. We accept major payment methods. Late returns may incur additional fees.
5. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle must be operated safely and lawfully. You are responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or parking citations incurred during your rental period. The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity.
6. Damage and Insurance
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period. You must report any accidents or damage immediately. Insurance coverage details will be provided at the time of reservation.
7. Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
8. Return of Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns will be charged at the weekly rate. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
Drive Elite Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
